Clint, Cole, and Neil are proud to have grown up in the Niagara region and have known each other for over 30 years. Whether they were playing together on successful sports teams, or working together in a professional setting, they’re ready to take on any challenge. Greenbelt’s team of owners have over 20 years of combined Condominium Management Experience. Before starting their careers in property management, they got their hands dirty working in property maintenance, turf management, finance, and within the Niagara region’s hospitality industry. Greenbelt has a vast knowledge of the Niagara region and can provide the hands-on industry knowledge required for the job. Clint, Cole and Neil understand that this is a business centered around people and relationships.
